Procacci Development Corporation (“PDC”) was founded more than 35 years ago by Philip J. Procacci with his father, Pasquale Procacci. From its inception, PDC specialized in diverse segments of real estate, initially constructing single-family homes, repositioning neighborhood shopping centers, renovating and repurposing buildings for government tenants and ultimately establishing itself as a forward-thinking developer of cutting edge, “Procacci Strong” Class “A” office buildings constructed to withstand up to the 185 mph winds of a Category 5 hurricane and its aftermath with no disruption to tenants’ business operations. PDC is also responsible for developing the first dual-branded Hilton Hotel in its local market housing two Hilton Hotel brands under one roof.

The construction and management of government leased built-to-suits and renovations are among its core competencies.
PDC has a vertically integrated in-house executive staff that includes development, construction, management, accounting and legal and is well capitalized with deep financial resources. Accordingly, PDC is well positioned to see every deal from conception through completion.
PDC has set the bar for responsiveness to its tenants across all checkpoints. Our knowledgeable Property Management Team and in-house leasing team knows our buildings from the inside out, creating vital efficiencies in maintaining property operations and tenant satisfaction.
With more than three and a half decades of constructing quality office buildings in Florida, PDC has been successful in capitalizing on each site’s unique advantages and has successfully navigated around natural and governmental constraints, thereby creating cost-effective solutions that maximize development potential.
Our highly-skilled hospitality design team handles all aspects of interior design, working directly with our development team to ensure that overall strategic direction of project design standards are consistent and supported by other disciplines. Our team has unique expertise in directing design across cultures and markets, a result of collaboration with owners to maintain all objectives of project designs and standards throughout the process.
