Philip J Procacci
Chief Executive Officer

Philip J. Procacci, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Procacci Development Corporation more than 35 years ago, is the driving force behind every aspect of the Company's business operations.

Through his conceptualization of a stronger, better equipped and more sustainable office building, Mr. Procacci established a niche market. Following the success of two major business campuses in West Palm Beach and Miami incorporating these features, the Company has become the premier developer of Class "A", hurricane-resistant buildings in Florida.

Mr. Procacci is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, State of Florida Certified General Contractor, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Member, a Supervisor of the Beacon Tradeport Community Development District, President of the Beacon Tradeport Industrial Park Association and a Vista Center Association Board Member. 

Mr. Procacci holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Debra A Kremblas
Executive Vice President

Debra A. Kremblas, Executive Vice President of Procacci Development Corporation, joined the Company in January 2005 and is responsible for the marketing and leasing of the Company’s office, industrial and retail portfolio. 

Ms. Kremblas has more than twenty-six years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Procacci Development Corporation, she handled leasing and marketing for Parthenon Realty, LLC for eleven office properties in Broward County, Florida totaling more than 610,000 square feet. She was formerly an Asset Manager for C.R. Leasing & Development Inc., a subsidiary of Crocker Realty Trust, L.P.

Before relocating to South Florida, Ms. Kremblas worked with JMB Properties Company and Heitman Properties Ltd. for twleve years as the Asset Manager for Foster Plaza a 987,000 square foot, ten-building suburban office complex in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Kremblas was 2009 and 2011 President of Commercial Real Estate Women's Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach Chapter and holds a State of Florida Real Estate License. She was 2010 and 2011 Programs Chair, member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of NAIOP's South Florida Chapter, Board Member of the Beacon Tradeport Industrial Park Association and Architectural Reveiw Board, Board Member of the American Red Cross, Broward County Chapter as well as current member of the following organizations: U.S. Green Building Council, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), South Florida Office Brokers Association Fort Lauderdale & Miami Chapters, Realtors Commercial Society of the Palm Beaches, Commercial and Industrial Association of South Florida, CoreNet Global, Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, The Beacon Council and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Jeffrey H Lapidus
General Counsel

Mr. Lapidus brings more than 25 years of successful real estate experience specializing in acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Procacci Development Corporation, Mr. Lapidus served as Director of Acquisitions for Butters Real Estate Funds, LLC, a division of the Butters Group. Previously, Mr. Lapidus held positions as an investment broker, Vice President of Investments at CB Richard Ellis, leasing and investment broker at The Codina Group (now Flagler Development) and partner at the Miami offices of Hughes Hubbard & Reed.

Mr. Lapidus earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his law degree from New York University School of Law. He is a member of both the Florida and New York Bars.

Mr. Lapidus is responsible for all real estate related legal affairs of the Company, including leasing, acquisitions/sales, financing, service agreements and corporate governance.

Reese S McCauley Jr.
Executive Vice President - Construction Division

Reese S. McCauley Jr., Executive Vice President of Procacci Development Corporation's Construction Division, is responsible for implementation of the Company's projects from concept through design, budgeting, permitting, site development, building construction and tenant move-in.  Mr. McCauley played an integral role on the Procacci Design Team that developed the "Built Procacci Strong" hurricane–resistant construction concept, which has been adopted as a standard in new buildings constructed by the Company throughout its portfolio.

Mr. McCauley draws upon more than 35 years of applied experience in the Florida construction market and has developed a diverse range of project experience directing a multitude of construction projects.  Among Mr. McCauley’s most recent project completions are Federal Government GSA facilities including: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Class “A” office building in Tampa, Florida (LEED Silver Certified);  Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency office building in Orlando, Florida;  Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency office building in Fort Myers, Florida (LEED Silver Certified);  Complete renovation of an Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency office building in Nashville, Tennessee (LEED Gold Certified).

Recent multi-tenant office building completions include: Class "A" 140,000 square foot, twin tower office buildings within Emerald View at Vista Center in West Palm Beach, Florida; Class "A" 90,000 square foot office building constructed in Miami, Florida; Class "A" 90,000 square foot office building constructed in Plantation, Florida.

Mr. McCauley has been a State of Florida licensed Certified General Contractor since 1975.  In 2012, he was awarded a Certificate of Achievement by The National Hurricane Conference for speaking about the protection incorporated into Built Procacci Strong buildings, which are constructed to resist winds of up to 185 mph of a Category 5 hurricane.  Prior to joining Procacci Development Corporation, Mr. McCauley owned and operated an independent construction firm.

F. Vincent Godin
Director of Finance and Acquisitions

F. Vincent Godin, Director of Finance and Acquisitions, is responsible for identifying and underwriting new acquisitions as well as financing of the Company’s projects.  Prior to joining Procacci Development Corporation, Mr. Godin served as Senior Asset Manager with Woolbright Development.  Previously, Mr. Godin worked in consulting for distressed companies and audit of commercial real estate clients with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston, MA.  Mr. Godin earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting as well as his Masters in Accounting from Boston College.  Mr. Godin is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in the State of Florida and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).

Mark Krejcarek
Director of Property Management

Mark G. Krejcarek, Director of Property Management for Procacci Development Corporation, is responsible for property management within the Company’s diverse portfolio while incorporating sustainable practices to reduce the Company’s carbon footprint.
 
Mr. Krejcarek is a LEED Accredited Professional with experience in project and construction management. He worked for TF Construction Management as the LEED Project Manager for a 30,000 square foot school building that achieved LEED Gold Certification, the first school in the State of Florida to do so under the LEED for Schools Rating System.  Mr. Krejcarek has assumed a leadership role in all new construction projects pursuing USGBC LEED Certification by coordinating between the design and construction teams to achieve the overall sustainability goals of each new project.      
 
In the time Mr. Krejcarek has been with Procacci Development Corporation, he has successfully implemented a web-based work order management system for tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance on assets, tenant work requests and other routine maintenance requirements. Mr. Krejcarek’s success in implementing the web-based work order management system, led to his appointment as Information Technology Manager, where he continues to review and assess the Company’s IT infrastructure looking for opportunities for overall improvement and increased efficiency.
 
Mr. Krejcarek has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management and a Master of Engineering and Management (MEM) Degree both from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio.
